Tanya is a law professor that specializes in the law of work, torts, and discrimination in the United States. Current research projects include misclassification of under wage-and-hour law, agency enforcement of open discrimination law, and detecting and avoiding bias in the use of peremptory challenges. Throughout law school, I teach Employment Law and host seminars on Torts.
